The bottom two teams of the table. They have just one win and three losses. KXIP could have easily had three wins but a super-over loss and some poor decisions on the field had left them at the second-last position of the table.

CSK has now registered three losses in a row. A team that had qualified for the playoffs in every single edition is struggling very hard. Shane Watson is under great scrutiny as his fringe of runs continues. Their opening combination hasn’t performed well and hadn’t provided them the start they need in order to chase the big targets.

MS Dhoni is known for doing strange things to lift his team and he starts to win the matches if CSK want to qualify for the playoffs this season.

Whoever losses the match, will then have one win and four losses in five matches, which is a tricky situation as the tournament is heading into its third week.
